Terms of Service

1. The Service
SpendSentinel provides a revenue protection service for performance marketing agencies. The service includes:
- ▸Free 30-Day Historical Audit: analysis of your Meta Ads spend vs backend conversion data
- ▸Live Monitoring: ongoing detection of attribution gaps, ghost campaigns, and pixel drift
- ▸Slack Alerts: real-time notifications when spend/conversion discrepancies are detected
- ▸Email Digests & PDF Reports: periodic summaries of detected issues
2. Free Audit
The free 30-day historical audit is a no-commitment assessment. By submitting the audit request form, you are not entering into a paid subscription. We will contact you within 24–48 hours to discuss findings and next steps. No credit card is required.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- ▸Starter: €799/month — agencies managing up to €50K/month in Meta ad spend
- ▸Growth: €1,499/month — agencies managing €50K–€200K/month in Meta ad spend
- ▸Scale: €2,999/month — agencies managing €200K+/month in Meta ad spend
Month 1 onboarding is included in the subscription price. There are no separate setup fees. Billing is monthly in advance.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice to hello@spendsentinel.io. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
5. Client Responsibilities
By using SpendSentinel, you agree that:
- ▸You have the right to share the Meta Ads and backend data you provide to us
- ▸The data you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- ▸You are responsible for the accuracy of CSV exports and API integrations you configure
- ▸You will not use SpendSentinel to process data belonging to third parties without their consent
6. No Guarantee of Results
SpendSentinel detects attribution gaps and spend/conversion discrepancies based on the data you provide. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or that all leaks will be detected. The quality of our analysis depends on the completeness and accuracy of the input data.
Our service is a verification and alerting layer, not a replacement for your internal analytics, attribution platform, or financial reporting. We complement — we do not replace — your existing stack.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpendSentinel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SpendSentinel in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
SpendSentinel retains all intellectual property rights to our normalization engine, detection algorithms, and software. You retain ownership of all data you provide to us.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by mediation if necessary.
